We're still on the search for a retail sales associate with a concentration in surfboards. Applications can be picked up in person at the shop. This is the only position currently available. Only those who meet the criteria below will be considered.

ASSOCIATE
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Surfboard and surf
accessory knowledge is MANDATORY
• MUST enjoy working with
people
• Strong communication,
interpersonal and people skills
• Excellent sense of
initiative; organized; results driven
• Willingness to assist in
other areas of the shop
* Flexible schedule- a
varied schedule will include day, evening, and weekend shifts
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years of retail
experience, or comparable experience
• College degree preferred
* Active participation in
outdoor sports, especially surfing is required
HOURS/WAGES:
* Position will be
part-time, with full-time potential
* Wages will be determined
by knowledge of surfboards and previous retail experience.
